Each Conservatory, University or Music School can activate an account on mfClassrooms for the selected teachers and students.
Each student and teacher will have a username and password assigned by their Institution, with which they will be able to access their reserved area, where they can plan and carry out their online lessons.
Each lesson can also be recorded (audio only) or video-recorded on the mfClassrooms server, to be displayed only by the student or teacher.
It is possible to set up the classroom display, in "picture in picture" or "half screen" mode.
It is also possible to have a personalized second level domain (https://yourname.mfclassrooms.com) and a graphic customization to keep the visual identity of the original website.

mfClassrooms also offers a rich interface to manage the electronic register of the teacher and student, with the following functions:
Schedule of the lessons, which can be planned by the teacher.
The teacher can schedule the lesson, or give their availability for a series of slots of dates and times, from which the students can book the most suitable for them and plan the lesson.
The time of each scheduled lesson can be notified to the student by email, at the discretion of the teacher.
15 minutes before the scheduled date and time, the virtual classroom will be available to start the lesson by pressing the respective button in the teacher's reserved area.
The student can only take part in the lesson by pressing the "participate in the lesson" button when the teacher has already started it.
The lesson can start with a maximum delay of 30 minutes from the scheduled time and it can end up to 30 minutes later than the scheduled end.
Each Institution can enter the total number of hours of each teacher, from which the hours taught online can be deducted.
It is also possible for each student to display the total number of hours of lessons planned for their course with each teacher, as well as a report of the lessons already held (with video recording if necessary) and those still to be held.
"Virtual box” of each student, so that the teacher and the student can share documents (.doc or .pdf), audio files (.mp3) and links to videos (Youtube, Vimeo)
Tracking the actual minutes of the lesson, registering the exact time of the beginning of the lesson, when the student connects to the teacher in the virtual classroom, by pressing the "start lesson" button, and the end of the lesson, when the student leaves the virtual classroom, by pressing the respective button.
